THE GREATEST MINISTRY GIFT

Num 8:19 And I have given the Levites as a gift to Aaron and to his sons from among the children of Israel, to do the service of the children of Israel in the tabernacle of the congregation.....

Dear leader......

If you send someone on an errand, you should naturally equip such a person with the resources needed to accomplish the mission.

Same with God.

He gives you the resources for the calling.

The primary gift God gives you for the work of ministry are people with the heart of service

That's No. 1

It's not money.

And it's not people with money

A poor man who is ready to serve is more useful to the work of ministry than a rich man who gives you some attitude......the poor man's two mites with a right heart carries more weight than the load of cash with a wrong heart.....wrong attitude.

You now understand why Jesus said that the widow's two mites had more weight than the loads of cash.

This is also the reason why Jesus never asked us to pray for God to send more money into the work but rather MORE LABOURERS!......people with the heart of service.

If you have more labourers, more money will follow.

Your greatest asset in ministry is kingdom-minded labourers.......people with the heart of service.

Nehemiah 4.6 So built we the wall; and all the wall was joined together unto the half thereof: for the people had a mind to work.
