MR. TOLA ONI

Tola Oni has a cumulative experience of over two decades in various sectors cutting across non-profit and for-profit. He was the 2003 best graduating student of the department of History at the University of Ilorin, Nigeria where he bagged a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in History. 

At Northwestern University, Illinois, USA he completed the Business and Entrepreneurship Institute as part of the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, where he received the Northwestern/Robert & Charlene Shaw Award for Excellence.

He has mentored and trained over 5000 young entrepreneurs and leaders across Africa and the United States of America.

He is a Startingbloc Fellow and an awardee of the Federal Government of Nigeria’s Youth with Enterprise and Innovation in Nigeria (YouWIN) program and a recipient of the National Youth Service Corps Entrepreneurship Development Project Award.

At the moment, alongside facilitating the establishment of business incubators in West Africa, working with a team of technocrats and rural dwellers, he initiated the Women Independence Finance Initiative (WIFI), a microfinance concept that provides zero percent interest loans and business development training to female micro-entrepreneurs in rural communities.


Tola serves on the council of the Mandela Washington Alumni Association of Nigeria and is presently researching on sustainability models for CSOs/NGOs with focus on alternative and contemporary source of funding.

MR. BIGILA ANTHONY JOHNSON

Anthony is a resourceful financial professional with 16years experience in Oil and gas, Capital market, Healthcare, Haulage and Logistics.

He has strong qualifications in developing and implementing financial controls and processes.

Over the years, he has equipped himself with solid leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with all levels of staff and management and in other non-formal organizations. 

He is very passionate about leadership. He believes that once we have the right leadership in all of human institutions-political, economical, social, spiritual etc, then we have a balanced and well-rounded, harmonious, peaceful and prosperous society and a strong nation.

 He is the Financial Secretary of the PTA of Salvation International School.

Over the cause of the 16years, Anthony has occupied positions in organizations in Nigeria. Some of the positions he has held includes been Financial Controller, Head Internal control and was the Chief Finance Officer in PHB Capital and Trust a subsidiary in the former Bank PHB.

Anthony is currently the Credit Manager of MRS Oil Nigeria Plc.

 In the last five years, Anthony has been deeply involved in entrepreneurship, particularly in the agricultural sector. He believes that if we will be diversifying from Oil, then agriculture is the sector to turn to.

Anthony is the Senior Pastor of International Dawnlight Christian Center.

Anthony has a BSc in accounting from Edo state university-now Ambrose Ali University Ekpoma. He also holds an MBA from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

He is married to a beautiful woman called Tina and they have two lovely children.

DR. ADEOLU AROGUNDADE

With a call of God to be a voice for Christ in the market place, Dr. Arogundade is an entrepreneur with training that spans many industries including healthcare, ICT, Offshore Operations and administration. 

He served as a minister with Source Gospel Ministry and presently serves with Daystar Christian Centre.

He is married to Atinuke Arogundade the Convener of The Virtuous Royal Sisters Fellowship. They are blessed with two children.

MR. OLUYEMI ADEOSUN 

Oluyemi Adeosun is an HR/Management Consultant who is very passionate about people management, project management, organisational development, social entrepreneurship and good governance. 

His work experience spreads across diverse sectors: Consulting, Telecoms, Advertising, Broadcasting, Real estate and Facility management.

Oluyemi is happily married to Dr. Lara Adeosun with a beautiful daughter.

Meet our guest speaker....PASTOR NIYI OSUNSANYA

Pastor ‘Niyi Osunsanya is one of the trustees of Professional Accountant Christians Ministry (PACM). The vision of PACM is to lead Chartered Accountants, undergraduate accounting students, accounting trainees and other finance professional managers closer to God. He is currently the head of Strategy and Administration for the ministry. As the head of Strategy, he works closely with the Pastorate and interfaces with all departments in the ministry to ensure a smooth and efficient service delivery by all units at service days, camp programmes and other ministry’s events. Pastor Niyi is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University doing so with a Second Class Upper and bagged his Master degree (with distinction) in Investments from the University of Birming

Success through the Holy Spirit

SUCCESS THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRIT Tayo Onaleye I define success as  "Well done, thou good and faithful servant...." Matthew 25.21 *I define success as hearing "well done" from God.* Jesus succeeded. Concerning Him the Father said: Mat 3:17  ".......This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased." How did Jesus do it? Jesus operated in the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit. Without the Holy Spirit Jesus couldn't have succeeded the way He did. The personal and ministry successes of Jesus were due to the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Acts 10.38 How *God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost* and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. If Jesus needed the Holy Spirit then we need Him too. That is why Jesus specifically instructed the disciples not to embark upon ministry without the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Luk 24:49 And, behold, I send the promise of m
