MONEY CAN MAKE YOU TO FORGET GOD

MONEY CAN MAKE YOU TO FORGET GOD

Psalm 62.10...... if riches increase, set not your heart upon them.

Money is a powerful tool.

It is a good slave but a bad master.

God wants you to have money but He doesn't want money to have you.

Money will have you and become your master if you set your heart on it.

You will make good money because God's WORD at work in your life will produce results.

However.....

Psalm 62.10...... if riches increase, set not your heart upon them.

Beware of setting your heart upon the riches.

Beware of turning gold to god.

Beware of putting gold before God.

Money gives your comfort.

But beware of becoming so comfortable that you begin to forget God.

You stop reading the Bible.

You stop going to fellowship.

You stop going to church.

Because you're now very comfortable and you don't need God that much again.

Beware.......

 Money can make you to forget God!

Rev 3:17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:

Money can make your love to wax cold.

Deuteronomy 8
10  When thou hast eaten and art full, then thou shalt bless the LORD thy God for the good land which he hath given thee.

 11  Beware that thou forget not the LORD thy God, in not keeping his commandments, and his judgments, and his statutes, which I command thee this day:

 12  Lest when thou hast eaten and art full, and hast built goodly houses, and dwelt therein;

 13  And when thy herds and thy flocks multiply, and thy silver and thy gold is multiplied, and all that thou hast is multiplied;

 14   Then thine heart be lifted up, and thou forget the LORD thy God, which brought thee forth out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage;

 17  And thou say in thine heart, My power and the might of mine hand hath gotten me this wealth.

Once again......

 Wealth can make you to forget God!

Avoid this by not putting gold before God.

Put God first in all things.

Remain humble and teachable.

Remain loyal and obedient.

Keep serving.

Remain in fellowship with the the people who love the Lord.

Finally.....

 Psalm 62.10...... if riches increase, set not your heart upon them.

You're blessed in Jesus name.

Have a great day.

Shalom.

Success through the Holy Spirit

SUCCESS THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRIT Tayo Onaleye I define success as  "Well done, thou good and faithful servant...." Matthew 25.21 *I define success as hearing "well done" from God.* Jesus succeeded. Concerning Him the Father said: Mat 3:17  ".......This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased." How did Jesus do it? Jesus operated in the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit. Without the Holy Spirit Jesus couldn't have succeeded the way He did. The personal and ministry successes of Jesus were due to the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Acts 10.38 How *God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost* and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. If Jesus needed the Holy Spirit then we need Him too. That is why Jesus specifically instructed the disciples not to embark upon ministry without the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Luk 24:49 And, behold, I send the promise of m
