CHRISTIANITY IS BEYOND REASON, IT'S BY FAITH

CHRISTIANITY IS BEYOND REASON, IT'S BY FAITH
Tayo Onaleye
Below are 10 reasons why Christianity may not make sense to anyone who limits him/herself to sense/reasoning.
1. It doesn’t make sense to believe in a God you have never seen because seeing is believing.
2. It doesn’t make sense to believe a virgin can get pregnant as Mary the mother of Jesus claimed.
3. It doesn’t make sense to believe anyone could live an entire lifetime without sin as the Bible claims Jesus did.
4. It doesn’t make sense to believe that 3million people crossed the Red sea on dry land through the parted sea as Moses claims he did when he led the Israeli rebels out of Egypt. It sounds like tales by moonlight!
5. It doesn’t make sense to believe a man could ride a chariot of fire into a so-called heaven as Elisha claims his master, Elijah, did. Elisha should be arrested for declaring his master missing and feeding the public with a cock-and-bull story of one chariot of fire. Who knows if he Elisha did not actually use his master for rituals!
6. It doesn’t make sense to believe one person would raise 3 dead people as his disciples claimed Jesus did. What evidence do we have that those 3 people were actually dead? Who certified them dead? How are we sure it was not a publicity gimmick by Jesus and his cohorts.
7. It doesn’t make sense to believe that water turned to wine at a wedding party! OMG! These gullible Christians!! How could you all be so sheepish? Come on put on your thinking caps and shine your eyes!! How could water turn to wine???? It just doesn’t make sense!!
8. It doesn’t make sense to believe someone walked on water as Peter claims he and Jesus did. Walking on water?? No way!!! It doesn’t make sense.
9. It doesn’t make sense to believe that out of all the religions in the world ONLY ONE would lead to heaven.
10. It doesn’t make sense for Jews to impose their own God on the whole world as the only true God as the Bible claims.
Bonus: It doesn’t make sense to believe that a dead man would wake up on the 3rd day as the disciples of Jesus want us to believe. Was he the one that was really killed or a substitute? Did he really die or was just in coma for 3 days?
There are so many more things that don’t make sense about the claims of Christianity.
But I’m so glad to let you know that CHRISTIANITY IS NOT ABOUT SENSE, IT’S ABOUT FAITH IN GOD AND HIS WORD.
Abraham believed God and he became the father of faith.
Without faith it is impossible to please God.
Faith is believing what the Bible says- hook, line, sinker and fisherman.
Our faith is built on THE BIBLE SAYS IT, THAT SETTLES IT.
Our faith is not built on sense, it is built on confidence in the unseen and only true God revealed to us through His living Word- THE BIBLE.

Success through the Holy Spirit

SUCCESS THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRIT Tayo Onaleye I define success as  "Well done, thou good and faithful servant...." Matthew 25.21 *I define success as hearing "well done" from God.* Jesus succeeded. Concerning Him the Father said: Mat 3:17  ".......This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased." How did Jesus do it? Jesus operated in the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit. Without the Holy Spirit Jesus couldn't have succeeded the way He did. The personal and ministry successes of Jesus were due to the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Acts 10.38 How *God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost* and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. If Jesus needed the Holy Spirit then we need Him too. That is why Jesus specifically instructed the disciples not to embark upon ministry without the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Luk 24:49 And, behold, I send the promise of m
