It's very simple....
Nature abhors a vacuum.
The factory had been shut down for over a decade.
Harsh economic environment the main culprit.
The former factory is now very little more than dilapidated buildings.
Very little economic value except for the real estate value.
Then a church steps in.
Weekly human capital development.
Training programs...etc
The former biscuit factory becomes human capital development factory.
It's a matter of time....
The seed of human capital development is being sown from that soil that used to manufacture biscuits.
The people being "manufactured" by the church from the former biscuit factory will produce many more biscuit factories.
Truly....
And they shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations. Isaiah 61.4
Isa 58:12 And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.
Genesis 8.22 While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.
