YOUR TEAM MEMBERS WILL CATCH UP LATER

YOUR TEAM MEMBERS WILL CATCH UP LATER
Tayo Onaleye

John 13.7 ISV Jesus answered him, “You don’t realize now what I’m doing, but later on you’ll understand.

Peter was shocked that Jesus could "stoop so low" as to wash his feet.

So Peter resisted Jesus washing Peter's feet.

Then Jesus responded: Peter, for now you may not understand what I'm doing but later, you will.

A leader sees before and beyond others.

As the leader, there are things you're seeing that some members of your team are not.

So naturally.....

There are things you do based on what you're seeing but because they are not yet seeing it yet, they may not understand it or may not buy into it.

Try to communicate as effectively as you can.

Seek buy-in as much as you can.

But......

In case some of  your team members are not yet seeing some of the things you're seeing.....

Like Jesus, calmly explain to them..... "You don’t realize now what I’m doing, but later on you’ll understand.”

Jesus didn't back down because of Peter's resistance.

Don't back down on what you're convinced is the right course of action.

Stay with it.

Stay on course.

They will catch up with you later.

Remember....

The leader sees before and beyond others

They will catch up.

Cheers

Success through the Holy Spirit

SUCCESS THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRIT Tayo Onaleye I define success as  "Well done, thou good and faithful servant...." Matthew 25.21 *I define success as hearing "well done" from God.* Jesus succeeded. Concerning Him the Father said: Mat 3:17  ".......This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased." How did Jesus do it? Jesus operated in the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit. Without the Holy Spirit Jesus couldn't have succeeded the way He did. The personal and ministry successes of Jesus were due to the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Acts 10.38 How *God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost* and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. If Jesus needed the Holy Spirit then we need Him too. That is why Jesus specifically instructed the disciples not to embark upon ministry without the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Luk 24:49 And, behold, I send the promise of m
