Genesis 11
 1  And the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech. 
 6  And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.

1. TEAM WORK IS THE MASTER-KEY TO GREAT ACHIEVEMENT

Have you ever wondered how some individuals or organisations achieve so much and make such huge impact?

It's not just the great vision or great work ethic.

The unsung secret to their impact is one word: TEAM

Nothing great has ever been achieved by a single individual acting alone.

Pro 14:28 In the multitude of people is the king's honour: but in the want of people is the destruction of the prince.

A great dream without a great team to match is only a pipe dream.

Acting alone, you can do quite much but not so much.

Acting alone, you are very limited but with a team you're almost unlimited!

Woe to him that is alone.....because he's severely limited.

2. TEAM WORK REQUIRES UNITY

These people were strongly united. 

They had one language and one speech.

How beautiful when a team operates by the same spirit!

Same purpose.
Same ideology.
Same direction.
Same doctrine.
Same core values.
Same agenda.
Same goal.
Same vision.
Same dream.

Truly.....

Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!  Psalm 133.1

Eph 4:3 Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 

Unity is more important than talent.

A team of strongly united average players will defeat the one of disunited  superstars.

3. TEAM WORK RELEASES TREMENDOUS POWER

Hear what God said about these united people......

Genesis 11. 6  And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.

This is simply amazing!

God bears witness that a strongly united team is virtually unstoppable!

So.....

The crucial key to achieving great things is a strongly united team!

Around every able leader are other able men.

Go for team work.

That's the key to impactful achievement.

One person can only do so much.

But a team can do so much more because the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.

4. FOCUS ON TEAM BUILDING

Individuals play the game but the team wins the championship.

Great achievers are unequivocally master team builders.

Do you have a great dream, a great vision, a great idea?

Then.....

Focus on building a great team.

If you build the right team the dream will almost take care of itself. John Maxwell

The higher you want to go, the greater you need to build a team.

It takes a team to realise the dream.

The potential of your organisation is only as good as your current team.

Transform from being a superstar to being a super coach.
