THE GREATEST ATTRIBUTE OF LEADERSHIP

The greatest attribute of a leader is LOVE.

I define love as unconditional commitment to the highest good of another person.

The greatest leaders are those who love the people under their watch.

It is very easy to rule people without loving them.....particularly on the platform of a political office.

But it is impossible to really lead them without loving them.

You have no business leading people if you don't love them.

You have no business leading people if you are not unconditionally committed to their highest good.

You have no business occupying a political post if your agenda is not an unconditional commitment to the highest good of the people under the influence of that office.

Love is a posture of the heart that seeks the highest good of another.

Let us love the people under our watch.

Let us love one another.
