BE VERY DECISIVE WITH BAD BEHAVIOR

BUSINESS WISDOM

HR MANAGEMENT:

*Lesson:  Be very decisive with bad behavior*

By Tayo Onaleye

For years I wondered why Jesus didn't fire Judas despite the fact the Jesus knew Judas was a thief!😳🙈🙊🙉

Joh 12:6 This he said, not that he cared for the poor; but because *he was a thief*, and had the bag, and bare what was put therein.

Then it dawned on me......

Rom 15:4 For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning.....

Why did Jesus harbour a thief on his team?

For our learning.

Is it so that we too can breed thieves and robbers?

Definitely not.

The reason Jesus didn't fire Judas is this:

*The thief you don't fire today will kill you tomorrow!*

Judas graduated from not just stealing from the bag to actually *selling his Master!*

The traitor you don't fire today will sell you tomorrow.

The disloyal staff you don't show the door today will get you crucified tomorrow.

Don't dilly-dally on bad behavior.

Deal with it quickly and very decisively.

Very very decisively.

John 15.2 Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away.....

Remove the thief.

Sack the traitor.

Kick out the disloyal staff.

Show the insubordinate the way out.

There's no other way.

Why?

*People with evil hearts never improve.......they only get worse.*

2Ti 3:13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse.....

So don't gamble with your organisation or your life.

Unless they experience personal revelation that changes their hearts you can bet on it......

Their bad behavior will worsen.

*And leaving them intact actually emboldens them to attempt more evil.*

Ecc 8:11 Because sentence against an evil work is not *executed speedily,* therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.

So.....

Deal very, very decisively with bad behavior in your organization. Don't joke with it.

Success through the Holy Spirit

SUCCESS THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRIT Tayo Onaleye I define success as  "Well done, thou good and faithful servant...." Matthew 25.21 *I define success as hearing "well done" from God.* Jesus succeeded. Concerning Him the Father said: Mat 3:17  ".......This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased." How did Jesus do it? Jesus operated in the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit. Without the Holy Spirit Jesus couldn't have succeeded the way He did. The personal and ministry successes of Jesus were due to the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Acts 10.38 How *God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost* and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. If Jesus needed the Holy Spirit then we need Him too. That is why Jesus specifically instructed the disciples not to embark upon ministry without the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Luk 24:49 And, behold, I send the promise of m
