PEOPLE....GREATEST JOY, GREATEST PAIN

Relationships are crucial to life.

Your greatest joys will come from relationships....so will your greatest pains.

Lot and Hagar caused a lot of pain to the family of Abraham.

But his friends also supported him in no small way in the day of battle.

So we can't do without people.

Some will give you joy, others pain.

The trustworthy staff who is a key player to the productivity of your organisation.....and the Judas who betrays you with a kiss.

It's all part of the journey.

But as we mature on this journey of life....

You get wiser and become more discrete.

You learn that, like the brothers of Joseph, not everybody can handle the dimensions of your future.

You learn to be selective.

There are three compartments to your life: the outer court, inner court and holy-of-holies.

Not everyone belongs to the inner court of your life.

Disaster, betrayal and pain become inevitable when you lack discretion and bring outer court individuals into the inner court of your life.

Grow in maturity.

Grow in wisdom.

Grow in love.

Trust but verify.

Your greatest joys and greatest pains will come from people.

Be more discrete.
