HOLY SPIRIT AND MONEY.....Part 1

Winning souls for Jesus is primarily the work of the Holy Spirit.....in partnership with His sent messengers.

The Holy Spirit uses money as a tool in that business of soul winning.

Haggai 2. 8  The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the LORD of hosts.

It takes money to print Bibles.
It takes money to publish evangelism materials.
It takes money to do publicity.
It takes money to arrange the logistics of a program.
It takes money to send and sustain missionaries.
It takes money to take care of the needy in the congregation and community.
It takes money to keep weekly programs running.
It takes money to go beyond Jerusalem unto the uttermost parts of the earth.

Indeed.....it takes prosperity to spread the influence of God's kingdom.

Zechariah 1. 17  Cry yet, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; My cities through prosperity shall yet be spread abroad....

THE VOICE OF A POOR CHURCH OR MINISTER WILL NOT BE HEARD beyond certain boundaries.

Ecc 9:16 ..... nevertheless the poor man's wisdom is despised, and his words are not heard
