DON'T GIVE UP.....THERE'S HOPE

Tayo Onaleye, Nation Builder

Lessons from Genesis....

Genesis 21

1  And the LORD visited Sarah as he had said, and the LORD did unto Sarah as he had spoken.

2  For Sarah conceived, and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him.

*#1. The LORD visited Sarah as he had said......He did unto Sarah as he had spoken.*

He said it.

He did it.

What a wonderful God.

What a glorious Father.

He did what He said He would do.

God is so faithful.

What He has said He will do.

What has He said to you?

Rest on His WORD......because He will do it.

The most powerful thing in the universe is "thus saith the Lord"

When God speaks all the resources of heaven and earth are mobilised

When He speaks angels hearken

When He speaks the mountains move

When He speaks the enemies are scattered.

Oh....how sweet are His words

Build your life on God's Word

Build your life on revelations from the Holy Spirit

*#2. God is the one who will do what He said He will do.*

In the life of faith there are things YOU must do.....

But there are things ONLY GOD CAN DO.

God will not ask you to do what only He can do.

Don't be agitated. Don't play God. Don't fret yourself.

He is God.....and He is the ONLY GOD.

Only He is God.

Isa 45:5 I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside me...

He is the only One who can do what He has promised to do.

Wait for Him to do only what He can do.

Don't rush ahead of God like Sarah and Abraham.

Don't  birth an Ishmael in your life.

Wait on God for your Isaac.

ONLY GOD CAN DO WHAT ONLY GOD CAN DO.

1Th 5:24 Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.

Psa 27:14 Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.

Psa 37:7 Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him....

Psa 37:34 Wait on the LORD, and keep his way, and he shall exalt thee to inherit the land:

*#3. Go for revelations*

That Sarah would bear a son in old age was a personal revelation.

And God did it.

Go for personal revelations in the Holy Spirit. Ask God for a word. There's always a word for every season. There's a word from heaven for the current season of your life.

1 Cor 2. 9  But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

10  But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

Go for personal revelations.

A personal revelation from the Holy Spirit is as potent as the word on childbearing to Sarah.

Same Spirit of God.

Same power.

Jer 1:12 Then said the LORD unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I will hasten my word to perform it.

Jer 29:10 For thus saith the LORD..... I will visit you, and perform my good word toward you.....

*#4. It's not too late for you*

2  For Sarah conceived, and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him.

It may be that you have lost a lot of time.

You may have squandered opportunities.

You may have lost a lot of ground.

Your mates have gone very far in life.

Cheer up my friend.

There's hope.

We are connected to the same covenant that produced a child for Abraham and Sarah in old age.

Your case is not yet over.

Remember that.... Abraham was one hundred years old, when his son Isaac was born unto him. Genesis 21.5

Human beings may write you off but not God.

Ecc 9:4 For to him that is joined to all the living there is hope...

Job 14. 7  For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again, and that the tender branch thereof will not cease.

It's not over for your life.

It's not too late for you.

You can start all over again.

Joe 2:25 And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you

Your case is not yet over.

There's hope in God for you.

Reach down into your spirit and pull out revelations of what to do next.

With the Holy Spirit there's always a way out.

You're blessed in Jesus name.

Success through the Holy Spirit

SUCCESS THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRIT Tayo Onaleye I define success as  "Well done, thou good and faithful servant...." Matthew 25.21 *I define success as hearing "well done" from God.* Jesus succeeded. Concerning Him the Father said: Mat 3:17  ".......This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased." How did Jesus do it? Jesus operated in the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit. Without the Holy Spirit Jesus couldn't have succeeded the way He did. The personal and ministry successes of Jesus were due to the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Acts 10.38 How *God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost* and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. If Jesus needed the Holy Spirit then we need Him too. That is why Jesus specifically instructed the disciples not to embark upon ministry without the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Luk 24:49 And, behold, I send the promise of m
