7 THINGS YOU MUST BELIEVE ABOUT PROSPERITY

FINANCIAL PROSPERITY: THE MINDSET AND MENTALITY OF PROSPERITY

2Co 9:8  And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:

Pro 23:7  For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he…..

Rom 12:2  And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind…...

Your mentality creates your reality. Your life inevitably moves in the direction of your most dominant thoughts. You attract what you believe.

To experience financial prosperity your mentality about wealth must be on the same frequency with God.

Poverty is often as a result of poverty mentality. The mentality of poor people is very different from that of wealthy people.

You must deliberately work on your mentality and align with God’s Word.

7 THINGS YOU MUST BELIEVE ABOUT PROSPERITY

1. Prosperity is the original and unchanging will of God.

Gen 1:28  And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply…..

Deu 8:18  But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth…..

Poverty was never and is not in the agenda of God for man. Poverty came as a consequence of the fall of man. You must blast every thought and affinity for poverty out of your system.

2. There is nothing good about poverty.

It is a destroyer just like the devil.
Pro 10:15 The rich man's wealth is his strong city: the destruction of the poor is their poverty.

John 10.10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

3. Wealth is very good.

Money is a defence. Ecc 7.12

Money arranges all things. Ecc 10.19

Prosperity increases your options in life.

It empowers you impact the lives of others.

It empowers you to contribute to the advancement of God’s kingdom.
Zechariah 1.17

It gives you a voice. The voice of the poor man is not heard. Ecc 9.16

Wealth is very….very….very good

4. You have what it takes to be wealthy.

Kingdom prosperity is first and foremost a function of our connection to Christ.

With Christ in you all the resources of the universe are domiciled in your spirit. You have tremendous wealth in your spirit. Your wealth is in you.

1Co 2:9  But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
1Co 2:10  But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

5. You are a joint-heir with Christ.

Rom_8:17  And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

Col 2:3  In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

You share in the inestimable wealth of Christ because you have been joined to Him. You have access to all wealth because of your connection to Christ. All the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are in you because Christ is in you.

6. Jesus became poor so that you may become rich.

2Co 8:9  For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.

Remaining in poverty when Jesus had already paid the price for your prosperity is a manifestation of ignorance.

7. You are blessed.

You are a carrier of the blessing of Abraham.

Galatians 3.13,14,29 Proverbs 10.22

The blessing of Abraham is a blessing of wealth and prosperity, not poverty and lack.

Live and operate with the mentality of a blessed person.

Success through the Holy Spirit

SUCCESS THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRIT Tayo Onaleye I define success as  "Well done, thou good and faithful servant...." Matthew 25.21 *I define success as hearing "well done" from God.* Jesus succeeded. Concerning Him the Father said: Mat 3:17  ".......This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased." How did Jesus do it? Jesus operated in the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit. Without the Holy Spirit Jesus couldn't have succeeded the way He did. The personal and ministry successes of Jesus were due to the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Acts 10.38 How *God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost* and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. If Jesus needed the Holy Spirit then we need Him too. That is why Jesus specifically instructed the disciples not to embark upon ministry without the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Luk 24:49 And, behold, I send the promise of m
