THE POWER OF COLLABORATION

Copied...

We need to collaborate and co strategize like the ants , the white men for 1 percent of 100million is better than 100percent of personal effort without results .....Pick a random foreign song you love. Google the song on Wikipedia. You'd observe something. If you don't, pick another song and repeat the process.
You'd be amazed at the collaborative efforts that goes into these songs we all love. It could be A's idea. Then he'd share it with B. B would suggest C to fine tune it. But it is still D that would be the best person to interpret it. After all said and done E would be called to add the ingredients that would make it appealing without losing the original essence. When E is done, F would be called to assemble it from abstract to concrete. F would do the PR after all, if it is good but no one hears it, what's the point... See the trend?
.
But here, no. Someone will have a brilliant idea and because of morbid fear (valid by the way) of another person going ahead with it without his consent or even knowledge, a beautiful idea dies. We have not encouraged corroborative efforts. We still don't appreciate the fact that we can do more when we harness our strength. Every day brilliant ideas die because we don't share with the right people that can bring it to life. Look at those that decide to do alone. They almost always come out with substandard.
.
As for me, I will keep sharing. Ideas fall on me. I don't create them really. And I believe my source of inspiration can never run die. Maybe I am a fatalist after all. What will be will be. The idea that will bring breakthrough won't be stolen no matter who you share it with. If it is stolen, it is not the one. Another would come.
.
Look at this social platform called facebook for example. On our friend list, there are people that without making an irrational sacrifice can pool resources together and make a dream come through. Any dream.
.
But we all love the comfort zone of playing safe. I pity youths below 30 playing safe. Take chances. Identify those that can make your dreams come through and share it with them today. Life is give and take. There's always more from where whatever inspires us come from. Allow people to invest in your dream. People make people. People make things happen.

Success through the Holy Spirit

SUCCESS THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRIT Tayo Onaleye I define success as  "Well done, thou good and faithful servant...." Matthew 25.21 *I define success as hearing "well done" from God.* Jesus succeeded. Concerning Him the Father said: Mat 3:17  ".......This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased." How did Jesus do it? Jesus operated in the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit. Without the Holy Spirit Jesus couldn't have succeeded the way He did. The personal and ministry successes of Jesus were due to the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Acts 10.38 How *God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost* and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. If Jesus needed the Holy Spirit then we need Him too. That is why Jesus specifically instructed the disciples not to embark upon ministry without the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Luk 24:49 And, behold, I send the promise of m
