INVEST AS YOU EARN

BINVEST AS YOU EARN......The hope for salary earners
Tayo Onaleye

One of the greatest things you can do for your future is the discipline of consistent investment.

Being a salary earner is not a disadvantage if you practice the discipline of consistent investment.

History has shown over and over that earning a big salary does not give immunity to financial calamities.

Basically, it is not so much in how much you earn as in what you do with what you earn.

Wealth correlates more with *investment* than with *income*

So the real deal is *consistent, monthly savings ploughed into investment EVERY MONTH*

By doing so you would be taking advantage of the power of compound effect.

And you can actually outperform big earners who don't save and invest.

Make it a discipline to *invest every month without default*

This is one of the greatest financial moves you can make for your future.

So how do you do that?

*Put yourself into an automatic investment structure.*

You shouldn't have to think about it.

Take the monthly investment away from your reach.

Put it where it would be difficult to quickly mobilise the money when you need cash.

A cooperative is one of the best places to put such an investment.

A *real estate co-operative*  gives it *double power.*

You're investing every month......and into one of the most reliable wealth creation vehicles known to man: real estate.

*That is why one of the finest things you can do to yourself now is to join the NEXT LEVEL CHRISTIAN CENTER HOUSING/REAL ESTATE COOPERATIVE.*

It is a platform for investing into your future through the vehicle of real estate.

The cooperative is more people-driven than profit-driven.

It is more about value-maximization than profit-maximization.

That is why with only N5k per month you're in.

Don't wait to invest in real estate.

Invest in real estate and wait.

The turning point comes when you wake up and you begin to *INVEST AS YOU EARN*

Join the cooperative today.

Success through the Holy Spirit

SUCCESS THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRIT Tayo Onaleye I define success as  "Well done, thou good and faithful servant...." Matthew 25.21 *I define success as hearing "well done" from God.* Jesus succeeded. Concerning Him the Father said: Mat 3:17  ".......This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased." How did Jesus do it? Jesus operated in the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit. Without the Holy Spirit Jesus couldn't have succeeded the way He did. The personal and ministry successes of Jesus were due to the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Acts 10.38 How *God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost* and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. If Jesus needed the Holy Spirit then we need Him too. That is why Jesus specifically instructed the disciples not to embark upon ministry without the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Luk 24:49 And, behold, I send the promise of m
